UB World - Term or Condition and Refund policy

Admission Policy

• Before admission, candidates must appear for an examination and/or interview with a UB World representative
• UB World reserves the right to reject any candidate's admission application
• Upon receiving admission approval, the candidate must submit the application form and pay the registration fee
• The candidate will be considered enrolled for the class once payment is cleared
• UB World may cancel admission at any time without reason, in which case full tuition and additional fees will be refunded

Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees are published in the course description/schedule and may be changed without prior notice
• Does not include the non-refundable ₹500 registration fee payable at the time of application
• Full tuition payment must be made one week before class starts, unless you choose the installment payment plan
• Payment can be made by check, money order, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or cash
• A ₹250 fee will be charged for bounced checks
• A late fee of 10% per day will be charged for overdue payments
• Students with overdue payments will not have access to UB World facilities until payment is made
• Tuition includes manuals, handouts and class materials. Additional books are not included

Tuition Reimbursement Policy

1. Placement Assistance

Upon successful completion of the UB World program, eligible students may be referred for job/project opportunities in our IT consulting network.

2. Reimbursement Eligibility Criteria

Within 24 months of course completion, if the student:

• Is employed in an IT consulting role AND
• Completes at least 6 months of employment OR
• 1,000 billable working hours (whichever milestone is achieved first), the full tuition fee will be reimbursed subject to successful verification of all submitted documents including but not limited to employment records, timesheets, and compensation proofs.

Then full tuition fees will be reimbursed.

3. Exceptions

• Internship/co-op periods are not included in this calculation
• Only professional/paid work hours qualify

4. Application Process

Students must submit the following documents:

• Appointment letter from employer
• Salary details/timesheet
• Proof of completing 6 months/1,000 hours

Class Organization

• Class duration is considered 50 minutes per hour
• UB World reserves the right to reorganize course content and class hours
• Teachers, teaching assistants, classes, timings, labs etc. may change at any time

Class Start & End Dates

• Class start and end dates are provided in the schedule
• UB World may postpone class start by up to three weeks
• If class doesn't start within 3 weeks, student may cancel with written notice and receive full refund
• If class isn't completed within three months of expected end date, student may cancel with written notice and receive pro-rated fee refund

Installment Payment Plan

• Students can pay in three equal installments:
  1. First payment: One week before class starts
  2. Second payment: 30 days after class starts
  3. Third payment: 60 days after class starts
• A one-time ₹500 administrative fee will be added; no interest will be charged

Early Registration Fee Option

• If full payment (or first installment) is made two weeks before class starts, student becomes eligible for early registration fee

Money Back Guarantee Policy

1. Refund During Initial Period

Within first 14 calendar days of course commencement:

• If student decides to leave the course due to dissatisfaction
• 20% of tuition fee will be deducted as administrative charge
• Remaining 80% will be refunded within 7 working days of receiving withdrawal application

2. Refund Ineligibility

• No refund will be provided after 14-day period under any circumstances
• If course is dropped, entire remaining tuition fee becomes payable

3. Required Conditions

• Written application mandatory for refund
• Course materials/login credentials will be deactivated at time of refund
• Cost of any received study materials/kit will be separately deducted

Class Repetition & Lab Access

1. Within 12 months of completing course, student may repeat same course free of charge (subject to space availability; no guarantee of hands-on training)
2. Must reapply and obtain UB World permission
3. Lab access will be provided for 12 months after course completion, according to scheduled timings

Absenteeism and Other Conditions

1. If student is absent for more than 25% of classes (due to illness or other reasons), may request transfer to another class (subject to seat availability)
2. Student and UB World/Systegration may mutually agree on employment or service-related contracts
   • Without consent, student cannot hire/retain any employee, student, contractor etc. for 1 year after completing studies
3. All information, course materials etc. owned by UB World/Systegration are copyrighted. Student will not share with any third party
4. Student will indemnify UB World and its partners from any loss, claim or expenses if caused by student's negligence, willful misconduct or wrongful actions
5. Student must behave professionally as in an educational institution
   • If student disrupts training/professional activities, commits theft/vandalism, violates rules, or has fees overdue by more than 30 days, may be expelled with no refund
